To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and everything in it, write to support@velva.ai from your account's email address. A deletion is completed within 30 days. The Privacy Policy says what we keep and for how long.
Your plan and payment methods are managed through the Stripe Customer Portal in Velva's Settings. For a charge you do not recognise, write to us with the date and the amount. The Terms of Service cover credits, refunds and cancellation.
